"Salim helped me with a computer problem that my daughter was having while away at college. I have had computers looked at before and every time that I did it took at least 2 weeks just to get someone to look at never mind make the repair. One weekend I bumped into Salim and he told me that he could help me with this problem. I made arrangements to get the computer home and I brought it to Salim with and explanation on what the computer was or more importantly not doing. I gave it to him fully expecting the unit to be gone for at least week which would of been great. To my surprise I got a call the very next day and he said that the problems were fixed and it was ready to be picked up. The response time was fantastic, the bill was very reasonable and my daughter is happy with her again working computer. I will use Salim again and I have already recommended him to others."

They know systems regardless of platform. Salim is outstanding. Got my mail back through Comcast and set up my new computer even though he is not a Mac specialist. He is systematic in his approach to a problem and was less than half the time of the previous Comcast tech at half the cost. Strongly recommend for difficulties with your computer and system.

My computer had gotten hit by lightning and would not turn on. I was panicked because I'm not familiar with any computer companies. I was talking with Salim and he mentioned he had a computer business. I ran my computer to him immediately. I was so worried to have lost everything. He contacted Dell, got the parts I needed and a couple of days later I had my computer home!!! I was so grateful to him. He did an excellent job fixing my computer - I lost nothing and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg!! It's great and comforting to know that Salim is there if I ever have any computer issues.
